In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in Greece exhibited diverse performance trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides a snapshot of how these apps fared during this period.

Google Maps showed a steady download pattern with minor fluctuations. Downloads ranged from approximately 7.3K to 9.9K, peaking at around 9.9K in the final week of December. Weekly active users for the app saw a slight increase from 284.4K at the start of the quarter to 290.7K by the end.

Google Earth maintained a relatively stable download rate, with numbers hovering around 1K per week. Active users experienced a slight decline, starting from 5.9K at the beginning of the quarter and ending at approximately 5.6K in the last week of December.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a significant spike in downloads towards the end of the quarter, jumping from an average of around 500 to 2.1K in the week of December 18. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, increasing from approximately 17.5K at the start of Q4 to 20.7K by the end.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps experienced modest download numbers, generally between 140 and 215 per week. The app's revenue saw notable peaks, particularly in the weeks of November 27 and December 18, reaching $738 and $655, respectively. Active users remained fairly constant, with a slight rise from 376 to 410 over the quarter.

HERE WeGo Maps & Navigation had the lowest download figures among the top five, ranging from 79 to 140 per week. Active users showed minimal variation, maintaining around 320 by the end of December.
